He is a true craftsman. He kept me fully informed of the steps along the way, cleaned up thoroughly when done and even called a few days later to follow up to be sure the transition to the hardwood worked out

It is very refreshing in this day to deal with a company that cares about the customer. In owning our own business we also go the extra mile. We have dealt with many different flooring companies over the year of home ownership. I can honestly say that this experience has been the best by far.
